So I've noticed that a lot of jobs lately have gone oversea offices to cut cost. And with that a lot of timezones come into play. Is working outside 9-5 the new norm? As I seem to be told that you should expect to be able to take early morning and late evening meetings. Has anyone encountered this and how do you deal with it? I feel like having meetings outside working hours is just stressful and invasive.
