Worst thing a manager/boss ever said?

I'm curious what was the worst thing (non- harassment related) a boss/ Manager etc ever said to you or your coworkers. I'll start. Worked at a fairly high capacity boarding kennel. We had an all staff mandatory 3 hour meeting one night, and management was talking about discipline for people clocking in late or calling off shifts. A newer employee explained that most of us had to take busses or rideshares (thus late clock ins), or work two or three jobs (related to the call offs), because we didn't earn enough at this place ($11/hr in 2021) to live anywhere near the facility or to have this as our only income. Of course sometimes people slacked, happens everywhere, but it was grueling work and so horribly mismanaged that legit breakdowns on-shift were common amongst the lowest workers (us). Management's response to her concerns about the unlivable wages?

“Honestly? not a single one of you is worth more than what you currently make, you're barely doing the basic work required for this job.”

Yikes.
