I’ve had 2 sick days off so far. When I returned to work I was told to complete a sickness form . This couldn’t by completed by myself though , another co worker had to ask me the questions that were on the form and fill them in for me. This form asked a few questions such as why was I sick , what were my symptoms , did I see a doctor , did I take anything to treat it , etc bla bla .
Idk if I’m reading into this sub too much , but I thought the questions were kinda not right for a co worker to be asking me
Also i heard bosses aren’t allowed to ask what your symptoms are / why you are sick either ? Can someone confirm this pls I kinda felt annoyed af and like I was under some sort of interrogation when I was answering those questions like am I obliged to answer them ..I’m in the UK btw .
