Taking short cuts and half assing tasks, knowing perfectly well that they are just making more work for me later. Hiding what they did and hoping I won’t see it or realize it. If everyone was a team player, it really wouldn’t be that bad. Yet there are always lazy entitled co-workers who think that certain parts of the job don’t apply to them. Doing the bare minimum for your boss is one thing, but being sneaky and lazy knowing perfectly well that you are leaving more work for your co-worker to do that you should be doing, is a really bad quality and I hope you all are more thorough when you wipe your asses after taking a dump. Rant over.
