O work at an American Multinational Oil company and its actually a good work environment

First of all, I do not live in the US. I usually see a lot of people complaining about their jobs here, but I just thought a positive view would be welcome too. So, I’ve started as an intern making around 500 bucks working 4 hours and it was really cool. After that I was hired full time and can work from home and at the office. We have flexibility, so we can work at home, then at the office, leave the office at any time if there isn’t a meeting. We just need to do the hours requires early. I went on a cruise in the Bahamas, but I didn’t have a vacation and just agreed with my boss that I would do compensatory time afterwards. Left for a week, work half an hour more every day and compensated. Just wanted to share my cool story with you guys…
