About two years ago I had an interview for a job I had never done in my life. I didn't have the necessary experience they had laid out for the position and was in a field outside of my expertise. Anyways, I go into the interview not really knowing what to expect and started to chat with the three people who were interviewing me. My would be supervisor, the manager and someone else. So they ask the usual and when the “why should we hire you for this position?” Question comes up, I just straight up said “well, you have an open position and I'm looking for job, so why not?” They started laughing their asses off.
I had always wanted to do that in an interview and since it was a job I thought I was never gonna get I just went for it. LoL
