I’ve been in this sub for a few months now and I feel like I better understand the bs from work life. i’m 19 now but want to avoid those places as best I can. Initially I was towards the middle with liking stuff on both sides but it seems only one side wants to fix the horrible issues with work itself. I worked one job that was bad but it seems there has been some worse bosses out there and I am so happy to never found one as bad. Thanks to everyone on the sub who has provided advice and motivation to fight this bs we face!
