Paid for company expenses

I budget my money tightly as I live paycheck to paycheck. My company is a work from home at the moment and are looking for a new office space. Because of that, I am tasked with going to get the company mail from almost 10 miles away. Well, there have been lots of transitions and a new CEO was appointed who then appointed a new part time CFO. The CFO is now my boss. Last week I was told to get the W2’s and mail them out and that I’d be reimbursed. I’m in charge of doing reimbursements so that was ok and it was only $12 in postage. Well, I go back to get the mail yesterday and now there are 2 more packages of w-2’s. I spent another $50 of my own money in postage to get them mailed out. Not to mention all the gas required to make the trips. So I sent my part time boss an email yesterday at 2:45 pm with my expense report. I mentioned that it was a surprise to discover 50 more items to mail out. I asked if he could please approve my expenses asap as I intended the money that I used on postage for milk and diapers for my baby. My email went completely ignored. I’m not in a position to quit. I don’t know what to do.
