I’m not getting positive feedback – what should I do?

I’m doing two people’s jobs at the moment and trying my best to move us forward while dealing with the pressure. I receive a lot of constructive feedback at work around things to improve or change in my projects. I don’t receive much positive feedback (e.g. you did XYZ well, great job, etc.). I should add that the other people on the team consistently have each others’ backs and give each other “shoutouts”. This is making me feel undervalued, demotivated, unappreciated, and isolated/not part of the team. The company is pretty great otherwise so I’d like to avoid leaving and instead take steps to improve the situation. What would you recommend?
