The situation is a older man was screaming and throwing papers at a younger woman co-worker. There was no real reason for this reaction and this man has a history of doing this to female coworkers. The man proceeded to follow the woman out of the office hitting his fist against the wall, following her and continuing to yell at her. He eventually stops once he see the boss and he hides in the warehouse for the remainder of the afternoon.
Now this is a legal matter because the company failed to do anything, but what should have happened on the company’s part?
