Hi friends, looking for advice. I was approved for a raise through my district manager a week and a half ago. He said it would be updated this pay period and to reach out if I didn’t see it on our payroll app. I texted Monday and got no responded same with weds this week. I also emailed HR yesterday (which he asked me not to do and to go through him specifically) and also got no response, which is super unprofessional in my opinion and I’m frustrated. I’m wondering if I should ask for retro pay because I was told it would be updated this pay period or if anyone has had this happen to them and what they did to figure this out. I would quit if I could, I’m a full time student and this job gives me experience/is very flexible with school. (I work under great people but they don’t pay me, sorry to be vague) Thank you!!
