I have been working at a marketing company since a year and since then, every 3 months I get more work and responsibilities given to me. It is now to a point where I just can't do anything correctly. I'm supposed to look at claims while taking phones calls, from multiple clients including some accounts I have no knowledge on and I'm also supposed to do some IT work and keep adding more assets to the website.
Is this normal, are they milking me as much as they can? My pay didn't increased at all and since my work quality is getting worst, I probably won't get a pay increase. Any advices? (Except “quit”)
