I've been working at my job for a few months, I work at Martin's in the deli and only make 12.50 part-time. Despite being part-time it's still 35+ hours a week, but whatever. Talked to a cowotker there who's been working there for over 4 years and still only makes 15.00/hr, which I was told was my starting salary.
