I'm an engineer, I was hired about 18 months ago by a large employee owned firm. In reality only management own stock. So every member of management let's profit drive desicons.
The client is rude and disrespectful to the staff. Well they pay our bills so we can live with it.
Young engineers need training to put out quality work. Nope they have to produce profitable work on day one.
This staff meeting doesn't pertain to client work. Bill them anyway, but spread it out over multiple projects so it's not obvious.
