Rite Aid Assistant Managers were guaranteed a 45 hour week, so 5 hours of overtime. As thanks for their “hard work and dedication” their hours are being cut and OT eliminated. My invaluable ASM would lose $600 a month. So she’s quitting to go work somewhere that actually values good employees.
