Employer shows up to where I live on the regular asking for me or my coworker/friend when they can call/text us.

A few hours after being off the clock or a few hours before. Usually for errors that self correct and assumes we’ve stolen from them. We don’t steal and anything we need or feel we deserve, we talk to them about. But we can’t have peace and I don’t feel safe with them doing that. Last time, he dragged me back in and I got talked to by him and his wife who’s payroll I sure as heck ain’t on. What should we do?
