I live in TN and I work retail. Just recently last Sunday when I was closing we had to stay over unexpectedly. This made my shift 6 hours instead of 5.25 hours. I didn't take a 30 minute break (this break is required by TN state law) now today I had to stay over unexpectedly and that made my shift 6 hours again without a 30 minute break. What can I do about this if anything?
