I posted a similar question a while back; I know they can't deduct it from my paycheque without permission. Thing is they did it anyway. Whatever, that can go to the labour board. After this though. Can they force me to pay it. Is it a legal responsibility of mine? Could anyone cite any legislature relevant to Ontario, or suggest another Subreddit to try?
