7 years of experience to sit in an office and look at a computer screen! Why do we need years of experience to do a job that isn’t a doctor?
If no one wants to work, wouldn’t it make sense to lower the requirements so people could change careers if they wanted to? Wouldn’t it also make sense to lower the insane requirements and train your employees?
For example let’s say there’s a shortage of accountants, workers can’t exactly just switch careers instantly to help out the shortage. Oh and let say you’re 18 and see there’s a shortage of accountants, so you decide to go into it. Then at 22 no more shortage, now there’s a surplus! Now there’s a shortage of plumbers. Well now you can’t go be a plumber, you’re an accountant for life!
Why do we make it harder on ourselves as a society?
