Layoffs- These companies don’t actually need the money & it’s all a worker discipline measure.

We’ve heard them talk about it as form of worker control and we know good and well that a CEO’s salary can cover the cost of hundreds or thousands of full time workers. Plus to add injury to insult they just buy back the stocks and enrich themselves no matter how good or bad a company is doing. This needs to be no more! Just once I would love to see everyone walk out the door as a result of their game playing.
