Long story short, So I (21F) have been working at a grocery store for the last 10 months as a part time job. I’ve had problems with a certain employee and have had to report her to HR several months ago due to harassment, bad attitude and bullying towards me.
Since then, she’s been cordial and no longer gives me problems but I can’t help but to feel excluded when I have to work with her and her friends. Her friends don’t speak to me, they just stare at me and are very short with me when I have something to say. I kind of get the idea that she maybe told her friends to not talk to me since I reported her but I don’t want to be paranoid.
They leave me to run the register alone while they huddle in the corner and gossip . I’m just trying to distinguish whether this is clique behavior or just a simple friend group having fun at work. I simply haven’t quit this job because I genuinely like it despite all past dramas.
