I've been onboarding for a new job and was told I could start as early as 2 weeks, so I picked a day and gave my current employer notice.
She knows I've been looking because the new position is relevant to the degree I've been pursuing. Me leaving was an eventuality. But now I'm giving her adequate notice and she is asking if I can push my start date one more week since she already made the schedules for 3 weeks from now and doesn't want yo change them.
Sorry lady not my problem. She's lucky she got 2 weeks.
