Let me first say that I live in Turkey for context. I have been seeing Ford for interviews (there are many steps, first english exam then an interview with the team lead then a case study and lastly with CFO etc.) I'm in the middle of the interview process and the team lead told me that the schedule is from 8 to 6. This is barely legal in Turkey's legislature. It is a Hybrid job and no one mentions any salary ranges in the job postings in Turkey so I do not know what exactly is the pay but since the Turkish economy is in shambles it will most probably barely cover living expenses and I will still rely heavily on my parents for much of my expenses. So my issue here is that this job and all on-site jobs in general leave no life to live outside of this job that I already have no interest in. This is a very prestigious firm but the wage STILL won't be enough for me to live independently because of the current inflation. I do not see a point in living like this. I'm seriously considering suicide if this is all I have for the future. Am I seing things wrong here? 8-6 you come back dead tired and rest just enough so the company can exploit you more and then die. I can't see another option. It's very troubling and I'm looking for ways to avoid it. I need help a lot of help my sanity is absolutely destroyed. I do not want to have a boring routine on a job I HATE.
