For context I’m from Brazil, I was trying for a remote position in the US for a higher salary.
I applied for a position I saw on Crossover. I was twice a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and I was promoted for a higher position (full time job) 4 months after being hired as a part time SDR. I work for a SaaS company.
So I’ve made the cognitive test, and it says I’m not enough to become AGAIN a SDR.
I got frustrated and thought “you know what, probably I’m really not enough” “yeah I’m too dumb for this position”
But actually? I don’t think so. I need to answer 50 questions in 15 minutes and their instructions were “don’t spend too much time on a question, give your best shot and move forward”
This is ridiculous. Or I’m probably really fucking dumb anyways. I just fucking hate all this fucking system sometimes.
