Hi. We’ve been operating remotely since March 2020 like every other company. Also, like many companies in the news yesterday we were given the announcement that we are “required to be in the office 3 days per week.” There’s absolutely no reason for this as customer satisfaction is high and all work is getting done and stock price is at an all time high. Executives gave no reasoning for this; just do it.
I want to be a voice for all 20,000 coworkers who might not be in the position to speak up. I’ve voiced concerns in forms of questions and statements about people leaving the company for remote work to VPs and management. That only does so much in a company with >20k employees.
What else can I do while also ensuring I don’t get fired for doing it?
