Hello folks,
I have experienced toxic work culture in my current job. Manager and one more person have falsely mentioned about my low performance and accused few other wrong things which are baseless and I have shown them the proof as well that those claims were wrong. So I believe they wanted me to move out so they had come up with some plan of wrong claims.
Would like to hear your thoughts on the following points.

They are assigning me work in my notice period & asking me daily update. This is deliberate. Honestly I have lost zeal to work in the notice period and since they mentioned my work is not good then why should I work in notice period? Do you think its bad to say no to work since my moral went down after all this.

Is it okay to report these folks to HR/Founder? Would this have any implication on my next job if I report? Thanks a ton.

Or Should I just write a detailed review on Glassdoor post moving out this company about the toxic experience?
