Envious aunt ?

I (30F) have a job with good conditions and have always made the choice to leave toxic work environments even if it meant leaving gaps between jobs. I have an aunt who makes me uncomfortable. She has often made comments that I have changed jobs many times and it was time for me to stabilize (even though I technically only have 3 jobs in 9 years on LinkedIn), that I should work more hours considering my salary and that these hours should not be recognized as vacation or paid, that she doesn't understand that I'm not bored because I'm a unionized and that unionized people are less motivated, etc. On her side, my aunt already had a burn out and was 5 years off work because she left too late a toxic environment. Am I right in thinking that she is envious? It seems like she wants me to suffer…
