Often on reddit and elsewhere people redact names to prevent harassment and brigading. But the difference between bitching and moaning on reddit and actually doing something about the problem comes from agressively letting the company know.
I just saw a post where a business owner was begging his staff to donate PTO to someone who was hospitalised, which is tragic. But the business name was redacted.
The way to fix this is to fuck the company up. Make it more profitable for them to give worker rights than to not. Unionise. Ddos the company. Harrass the fuck out of them. They dont respect the humans in their workforce why do they deserve respect from anyone else.
We are workers. We need the help of everyone to get the rights we deserve.
