Job is asking me to end WFH after 6.5 years with 4 days notice.

Context, I live in WA state, I am married and I have a child, I work for a small company, non-union. I have worked from home for the last 6.5 years and only worked in office for the first month. I have maintained and exceeded all goals as listed for my job, it's a marketing outreach job and we're measured by how much we do each day, I exceed the minimum listed in my employment contract. They clearly disagree as they've taken those bugs as some sort of sign I am screwing up? I had permission do this as well, I wasn't doing anything without permission. I have tried numerous times to show them exactly how the software works and its interactions with our system, and how the things they blame on it, aren't possible. But they don't care.

I am not being asked to decide by Friday to change my schedule of the last 6.5 years from a remote work schedule to a strict 8 to 5 in office with a 20 minute commute.

I refuse to quit but it feels like they are gearing up to say that if I don't show up I quit. What can I do?
