I’m the longest remaining staff in a young company of 20ish people. Im not looking to climb the ladder, am happy with my current role and job. Was offered a promotion with a 15% pay increase which just adds the word “senior” in front of my current role. I asked for a contract with the additional roles and new responsibilities written out and it’s pretty much just what i’ve already been doing. Is this normal? should i be suspicious? Im not looking to have any larger responsibilities or new tasks, i’m happy where i’m at.
