Does anyone like “gamification” at work besides HR? My employer just started using a system for customer feedback, gamifying employee metrics, recognition, etc.

Actually, I'd prefer real incentives over this continuous drip of feedback and rah-rah. Pay me a bonus and raise my pay when I'm getting things right and I'll be happy. Don't make me compete for employee of the month and take part in contests.
