I've been applying to jobs for months now. 90% of them don't even acknowledge my application, another 8% deny me, and the 2% that do respond and would like to move forward are such fucking idiots. They don't email me regarding an update to my application, they don't text to find a time where we can both hop on the phone, they just sort of call me at odd hours and leave vague voicemails when I don't pick up the phone. Someone called me this morning at 6 AM! How the fuck do they just assume that I'm up that early? This shit is ridiculous!
