Interview “Tips” From A Recruiting Agency

Just highlighted the section where they say not to ask about the salary or discuss pay unless the employer brings it up first. After getting finding a new job, I gave the recruiter some feedback on the process. I told the recruiter that the only companies afraid to discuss salary are the ones who aren't paying competitively. that they should look into reworking their interview “tips” to be more employee friendly.
