I’m so tired of upper management that can’t find the solutions to their own problems. Like dude you make 10x what I do, I’m not going to hold your hand and/or do the work I’m going to start ignoring their emails or respond when I feel like it. Maybe they’ll actually attempt to figure things out for themselves. 🤷️ (probably not)
