Can someone explain to me the hate for landlords? They provide so many people who cannot yet afford their own place with somewhere to live. Without them so many would be homeless. I don’t want to pay a landlord myself so we have owned our own home and land for several years but the do provide a needed service for people who aren’t on stable financial footing.
