My husband works as a plumber for a local plumbing company in KY. This company was bought by a home insurance company so now these guys are their employees. Every company vehicle has a speed tracker. My husband’s manager sent a mass text to all employees saying that if they continue to speed, after a verbal warning then written warning, the speeder will be docked $1/hr off their check for a week. Is that legal??
