Part 4: Thank you so much for your help and ideas on stopping my ex-job from calling and reaching me.
At about 5 pm last Friday, I got a call from an unknown number. It was my back asking me to come back to train the new intern and the freelancer they hired. I said I'm coming as a consultant and charging $1200/hr. I check with my friend at HR and said I am not legally obligated to come back as my contract ended on the 30th of Jan. If I am coming as a consultant, they are obligated to pay me. And she asked me to go to the highest amount I can think of because the company is on the verge of bankruptcy and they cannot afford that.
I also lodge a formal harassment complaint with the Head of HR about my boss and ex-colleague calling me on social media and the words are that they are getting suspension because previous persons also lodged that type of complaint and I was the one that was one too many.
My dad also lodges a formal complaint about this by the way.
