I now work once a week and is frustrating because out of the three. I’m the only one that cares about how the dish area should be. When I arrive is never clean or scrub. Walls are nasty and it feels like a depressing place. I used to work twice a week but I offered them a chance to have me on the schedule every Saturday to do deep cleaning. They never put me on Saturday because now the two dishwashers do double shift. So the only day I work is Tuesday’s. I used to work Tuesday and Thursday (this was the day I took my time to clean the dish area). I would clean it extensively and it would be like a new dish area. I was thinking of calling the health department because I know there’s some guidelines on things you have to do. Also, I get paid the least compared to my co-workers. I make $13.70 while everyone makes more than me. Even the servers! I know this because I’ve asked around.
