It sucks that things have to be this way but I’ve seen so many backstabbers smile in your face and then snitch on you about some minor rule-breaking to management, gossip when you’re not around, kiss up to the bosses but shit talk them when they’re not there. Never forget that these are your co-workers. Not your friends. Most of them don’t actually care about you.
