Business wants to claim I’m quitting because i have a problem with their pay structure that they didnt explain right.

I'm working as a massage therapist. I was told I have two rates of pay. One that is how much I make per hour when I'm giving massages. An one where I'm payed a lesser rate for when I'm at the spa not giving massages. With a bonus that incentivizes people to be booked more hours. They want to claim the service bonus is how my pay is calculated. Basically not paying me for 10-15 hours of work every paycheck. Now I wasn't giving massages for those hours, so they say I'm not working. But I'm clocked in at work. So I am working. They want to say that I'm free to leave, but I think they should have to fire me. I think I already made the mistake of asking to take myself off the schedule until the pay gets sorted out. Which they also want to say means…
