So after working for a medical office in Tulsa Oklahoma for one month, the doctor decided to terminate me because patients that had confirmed were not showing up and she seriously blamed me as one of three receptionists. So, she told me I can not come and collect my belongings until her husband..the other doctor, returns from India. She has also told me I can not collect my last paycheck..due Friday, until he returns in March.
This isn't right is it? I haven't worked in 19 years .I was a stay at home mom, so I don't know what's legal and what isn't anymore.
