Late night thought and I’m curious has anyone thought of or tried this – rather than a capitalistic company where a director earns 90%, have any employees bound together to start a similar company but where profits are shared equally among all workers? Why do our bosses make 90% of the money off our work? Could we not start a company where every employee has an equal share, or at least extremely transparent pay for those with more responsibility? Or a model where pay is assigned per work done? I dunno, it’s 4am and I’m dreaming of a way to not slave my life away for a pig and pennies. Maybe it’s just a dream.
