Should I pick an easy WFH job, or essentially an admin job with long commute for the same pay?

I'm working a WFH job in digital marketing for a startup with crypto elements. I'm not too fond of the business model itself (am very skeptical of crytos, NFTs and tech buzzwords), but my job actually pays decently enough, plus I get to WFH and have loads of free time for my hobbies. I work like max 2 hours a day in this job. But I'm very concerned about my job security, the company being a startup and also how little I'm actually working must be odd to someone, right? Now I just got an offer for another job. Its a full time, on site job as a teaching assistant at a new up and coming university. Its about 20km (or 12,5 miles, one way) from where I'm living with my parents, I have zero intention to relocate. I'd commute to work by motorcycle (they say they have a bus…

Now I just got an offer for another job. Its a full time, on site job as a teaching assistant at a new up and coming university. Its about 20km (or 12,5 miles, one way) from where I'm living with my parents, I have zero intention to relocate. I'd commute to work by motorcycle (they say they have a bus line, but I'd much prefer motorcycle. No news about lunch stipends yet). The teaching assistant job would pay the same, but I'll have insurances on it (not that I need it right now anw, I have doctors in my family and have always got simple tests and procedures for free lol). In this job I'd be assisting prestigious professors in their teaching and have the opportunity to be promoted to associate lecturer. It also comes with perhaps phd admissions opportunity in the future. However, the over 2 hours commute every day, plus the fact that they're only offering me a service contract, not a permanent one are concerning me. It's also significantly more actual work than my current job.

My current company is opening an office in my city soon so we'll probably have to start working on site or hybrid, we haven't been notified yet, so I'll have to decide between one of them. So, reddit, what do you think?
