I am a 27f minority. I get teased and bullied every single work place I go. I get pushed out of work environments by mangers and employees. I’m told I’m too nice and get taken advantage of. Someone once told me. “you’ll get bullied at every single job you go.” And laughed. I’ve been doing Uber to get by. Sometimes I’ll have a rude and terrible pax and their drop off is at retail chain that I would be working at before Uber. So I would think to myself thank god I don’t work retail anymore.
I’ve never worked a co op but I’m guessing it’s all the same shit. I’m just tired of people exploiting me. I just want to make money that’s all.
