Did this recruiter ghost me?

On Monday, they reached out to me on LinkedIn with a really promising message about having a 15 minute phone conversation about an open position. They supplied the job posting as well and it honestly feels like a perfect fit. I replied at the end of my workday when I saw it (probably 4-5 hours after they messaged) expressing my interest and thanked them for reaching out. I also gave two times I would be available (which would have been today) and I'm wondering if that was presumptuous? I also mentioned that I was looking forward to the call and asked if I could share any documents prior. I haven't heard back and I'm not sure if I should message them again as I'm not sure if they're still considering me. It's still within the 48 hour range so I don't want to push it if that's too soon. I…

I haven't heard back and I'm not sure if I should message them again as I'm not sure if they're still considering me. It's still within the 48 hour range so I don't want to push it if that's too soon. I also want to be proactive but want to go about it in the right way. It's the first recruiter message in a while that's really gotten my hopes up so I'm just praying this doesn't fall through.
