Burnout or Late-stage Capitalism Grief?

I'm so disillusioned with working that I can't tell if I'm burned out or grieving life under this late-stage capitalist hellscape (USA). I'm 35 with two kids and have been working full-time for 13 years. At the end of my working day I'm so exhausted and emotionally drained I can barely scrape together enough energy to take care of my kids. If I didn't have kids, I would seriously consider self-admitting to a mental health facility for a week or two, just to recoup. How do I survive another 30+ years of this?!
