Its been suggested I take action for a “hostile work environment” which is pretty accurate tbh, I don’t even feel comfortable walking past her in the hallway. This isn’t her first incident either, last year she pushed another coworker while passing her, she also went to HR and they told her they didnt see it so they couldn’t do anything. This incident with me, however, was definitively caught on camera but I’m afraid if I wait too long, the cameras are possibly set to erase the footage. What should I do?
