Got hired into middle management after 2 years of trying to find a job that pays more than $22 an hour. Got hired. $27 and hour. No problem new company and industry so far so good. They started me on a hourly wage. OT only on approval. In a meeting with the owner 5 minutes into OT. “You were off 5 minutes ago. Better sign out before OT kicks in or we will need to have a talk tomorrow” ….. Then continues the meeting for another 10 minutes….
