Just as the title says. I'm trying to stay more informed economically and am curious if this is still talked about. I was in high school when Obama got elected and this was a discussion I heard in class a lot back then. But I'm wondering if this topic has been abandoned partly with respect to the expansion of the military industrial complex, especially since George Bush Jr. was president.
