I’m 100% remote but being called into a face-to-face meeting where I think I could be fired. What are my options?

I love my job. Im also legally blind so the 100% remote part is important to me. A manager has targeted me of late, but other than some minor mistakes that were fairly easily rectified, I haven’t really done anything wrong. No write ups. Evaluations have been average or above. I’m starting to suspect discrimination based on what’s described on the EEOC’s website. There have been secret meetings even about things I’m in charge of, where I’m not invited. Several other things I’ve documented as well. Anyway, I’m suddenly being called into a face to face meeting with the person targeting me. What are my rights? How can I prepare? I’m in California. Can I have a witness or representative join me even though we aren’t unionized? Any advice on how to prepare or what my rights are would be appreciated. I’m really scared.
